1Producer Registers on the Film in Telangana PortalThe Film Producer/Production Agency submits the application online through the Film in Telangana Portal .7 Days
2Producer Logs In and Opens the Application FormThe submitted application is viewed by the respective Nodal Department Officer, Police Officer, and FDC Officer for processing.
3Enter Production, Applicant and Location DetailsProduction details, applicant details, and shooting location details are submitted. The concerned departments verify location availability and payment of the prescribed fee. The Nodal Department and Police Department approve the application based on availability. 

Note: All concerned departments, including the Police Department, must approve the application within 7 days. If approval is not granted within this period, the permission is deemed approved, and the producer can download the Film Shooting Permission Certificate from the Online Shooting Permission Portal.
4Make Online PaymentThe Police Department assesses the application and specifies the number of police personnel required for the selected shooting location.
5Acknowledgement Receipt GeneratedFDC officials issue the Film Shooting Permission Certificate, which can be viewed and downloaded from the producer's login. Reports are also available in officer logins. After approval, the system sends an SMS notification to the applicant.
